The inaugural meeting of the China Power Supply Society Power Electronic Power System and Equipment Professional Committee and the first technical exchange seminar were successfully held at Huazhong University of Science and Technology from June 21st to 22nd, 2019. The conference invited a number of well-known experts and scholars from the power grid, equipment companies and academia to report and exchange some hot issues and latest scientific and technological progress in the research of power electronic power systems and equipment.

During the seminar, a total of ten well-known experts and scholars from the power grid, equipment companies and academia made special reports with different angles and discussion directions, in which the cutting-edge technology and concepts in the field of the power electronics and power systems were presented to give the teachers and students attending the conference a new and in-depth understanding of the development direction of power electronic power systems.

The technical exchange seminar provided guidance and reference for the teachers and students present, hoping that the China Power Supply Society is getting better and better and playing an increasingly important role in the Chinese electrical industry!
