On August 1st, 2019, Professor Tony Murphy from the CSIRO of Australia invisited ourschooland held an academic speech with the theme of arc plasma calculation model at A418 of the new electric building. An academic workshop was also held on the recent research highlights of thermal plasma modeling.

Meanwhile, Professor Murphy gave pertinent advice to the researchers who are interested in or have engaged in thermal plasma research.

During the Q & A session, a very warm discussion was carried out among all attended teachers and students. Technical options from both sides were communicated in-depths on on the arc reaction in the circuit breaker and the plasma reaction on the arc burning interface.

Professor He Junjia, Professor Ye Qizheng, Professor Li Hua, Professor Li Li, Dr He Hengxin, as well as some master and doctorstudentsin related fields attended the seminar.
